FAQ
■ VANDAL PROOF Re-inforced and hardened concrete with stone (terrazzo) chips - extremely toughened and durable. You would need a very large sledgehammer to make a break in it. Certainly a hammer would do nothing to it. The surface is designed so that any graffiti can be removed easily within a couple of days.
■ REPLACEMENT NETS Nets are made out of steel and are very difficult to damage. I doubt they will get ruined unless someone smashes them with a sledgehammer. Nevertheless, net replacements are available at call.
■ FINSH: The table tennis tables normally come painted like a professional table as per the pictures displayed. ** It is only 'made to order' where they are un-painted and left in the natural beautiful polished terrazzo finish. (However, the ball 'bounce' is not quite as high)
■ TERRAZO The polished terrazzo looks quite beautiful, however the best and most authentic ball 'bounce' is maximised after the surface is painted. There is a picture attached of the terrazzo finish prior to painting. Made to order terrazzo can also be requested with different colour stones for aesthetics.
■ MOUNTING: The feet of the table legs are designed for attaching to a concrete surface. (just a single bolt). The table can be surface or sub-surface mounted.
